Holland, MI

Holland has been called an 'American treasure with a Dutch landscape.' The community is home to the only authentic working Dutch windmill in the United States, this 278-year-old, 12-story giant is located on Windmill Island. Holland also boasts the only Delftware factory in the U.S., a wooden shoe factory, and the popular Dutch Village attraction which reenacts 1890's life in the Netherlands.

Tulip time begins in early May when nearly six million tulips bloom throughout the Holland area just in time for world-renowned Tulip Time Festival, a celebration of Dutch heritage and culture through dance, art, theatre, and living history!
